How will my order look?

We will send a picture by email of your personalised order. You can change it as many times as you like until you are ready to go ahead and have the full order prepared. Don't forget that you can order free samples of our products to get a 'feel' for them.

Why do I need to pay for the artwork?

Our graphic designer ensures that your artwork is in the proper format and is of high enough quality to be used and will re-design it if necessary. You will see how your design will appear on the product and can make as many amendments as you like until you are happy. The artwork is then your property and can be used on any other product.

Can I collect my order?

A flat rate of £12.00 for courier delivery is charged on all orders. Should you wish to collect your order, we can arrange this during office hours by appointment.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We are sure you will be thrilled with your order because we take the time to get your proofs exactly right. If it is something we got wrong or the materials weren't up to our usual standard, we will replace the whole order free of charge.

I can't see what I want.

Call us and discuss what it is that you want. There are so many options when it comes to personalised, promotional products. These will vary business by business; you may even want something specific to an event. We have been in the business for many years and can advise you on the most effective promotional ideas for your business, service or event.

Where do you print my order?

All our printing is done in-house. We support fair labour and all our materiells are made from 100 per-cent recycled plastic.
